What type of return can I expect from direct mail?
There are too many variables involved to tell you exactly what response rate you will receive. Your industry, goals, message and offer, quantity mailed, and the frequency of the campaign all have an effect on the response rate and your ROI. How can I get started?
The best way to get started is to call us at 407-641-0806. Our first step is to determine the product and/or program you are interested in. We will talk to you about your business, goals, and what you would like to accomplish. We will then determine a quantity of pieces for printing, mailing, or both. After we receive payment, we will schedule a time to discuss design objectives or you can send us an already completed design.
Do you have someone that can come see me?
Yes! We would be more than happy to have an account specialist come meet you, discuss your project and help you get started. That’s the beauty of local business.
I’m not sure if I need that many cards?
It takes several mailings to the same people to get their attention. We want our customers to get the best possible results with their direct mail, and if we sold you 1,000 or 2,000, we know this small amount would NOT change your bottom line. Repetition is still the key to success, and we want you to succeed!
Is the design included?
Direct Mail – Custom design is included in our EDDM direct mail program with orders over 1,000 pcs.
Printing – We offer a free design consultation. Have a design but don’t know if it will work? Our marketing and design experts will review it and make recommendations.

Do you have a template that I can use for the layout of my postcard, business card, door hanger, calendar, etc.?
Yes. We have layout templates for you to follow for all of our products. We provide you with a .pdf or InDesign file for you to use or reference.
How does the art process work?
Once you are ready to begin, you will be assigned an account specialist. They will get all of your information, logos, photos, content, etc. Once your first proof is ready, we will send it to you for review. If you are happy with the first proof, we print it. If you want to make any changes, we will go back to the artist, make those changes and get you a second proof. We simply continue with this process until it is the piece that you are ultimately happy with. There is no cost for revisions.
What are the specifications for submitting art?
All files should be sent in CMYK color mode. Images at least 300 ppi. No critical information should be included within 1/8″ (.125) from any edge. Include a 1/8″ (.125) bleed around all edges. How do I know exactly where my pieces are sent?
We send you a Mapped Routes & Demographics Report along with the in-home arrival dates of your order for every campaign.
How long does it take for the mailings to be delivered to mailboxes?
The exact in-home delivery dates are determined based on the date that you approve the artwork. Once your artwork is approved, we will then produce your pieces immediately. At that point we send you more accurate in-home arrival dates based on your project and needs.
How long does it take to get me printed material?
Once your artwork is approved, we start production immediately. It typically takes 1-4 business days for print only and 10-12 business days for full direct mail campaign turnaround. We send you shipping notifications for every order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in all of our pricing. We are the flat-rate guaranteed direct mail and printing company. We do not charge our customers additional shipping costs.
How can I pay for my order?
Online! We make it simple for you to process payments at your convenience. Checks accepted for corporate accounts.
Why do you require payment in advance?
This is one of the ways we keep our prices so competitive – we have no back-end accounting. This is standard in the direct mail industry. If we gave terms there would be a percentage of folks that just don’t pay their bill. Everyone pays in advance – even companies that print 100,000 or more at a time.
GENERAL PRINTING FAQs
We prefer that you send .PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. .PDF’s are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.
You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode.
We only accept 300 dpi files and no less.

Our 14pt Metallic Pearl paper is a unique stock that shimmers in light when viewed from different angles. The stock itself is embedded with Pearl fibers that give the paper an overall smooth, metallic look. Printing on this stock will give your CMYK colors a subtle shimmer, however heavy ink densities or coverage may diminish the effect.

Polyester Banners
Our 5oz Economy and 9oz Premium Polyester banners are printed on superior quality dye sublimation equipment for the longest lasting color of any type of printing available for fabric. These banners are ideal for trade shows, soft signage, retail and interior decoration applications. They are lightweight and wrinkle-resistant, and can be folded for shipping. Available options include pole pockets, grommets, and sewn hems. Option for white or black thread hemming is available.
Suggested uses: Wall decor, P.O.P. displays and more.

Flags can also be stored and assembled with ease, and come with your choice of either indoor or outdoor installation accessories. For indoor installation choose the X-Stand/Cross base, or choose the Ground-Stake/Spike base for outdoor installation.
Tile, laminate or other smooth floor types must be thoroughly cleaned prior to Floor Graphic application. Make sure that painted floors have excellent paint adhesion before application as well. The base vinyl is not recommended for concrete, asphalt, carpet or any exterior application.
The 6mil overlaminate is a clear, polished vinyl film with a slight texture that provides both a protective overlay and slip-resistance. Classified under UL 410 for floor graphics applications, the overlaminate can withstand most common floor cleaning chemicals and methods.
Under normal exposure conditions, our Floor Graphics can be removed within six months of application.

Our Mounted Canvas is printed on high quality 17mil canvas and printed in vibrant CMYK. The canvas print is gallery wrapped on 3/4″ thick frames for all sizes. We will ship no more than one per box to avoid damage during shipping.

Polyboard Yard Signs are pre-scored and ready to fold around a U-Frame. After folding, they can be stapled on either side with most standard medium to heavy duty staples to secure in place. They can also be glued or taped together.
They are recommended for short-term use. Extreme weather conditions, moisture and/or excessive heat or cold may affect the longevity of the product.

Purpose: This material is a Pigment / Dye / QuickDry – Photo Quality Glossy material. Somewhat delicate, not scuff resistant or waterproof.
(12pt C2S Board) 59″ x 120″ + 12pt thickness.
Purpose: This material consists of two 6pt coated sheets laminated together, with a black adhesive middle layer, for a completely opaque product with a final caliper of 12pt.

Purpose: Typically used for Yard or Parking signs (e.g. Real Estate, Election, Reserved For, etc.) Depending on it’s use – material will have to be oriented appropriately to ensure the flutes are vertical, in the case of utilizing an H-stake with the sign. H-stake is best used on a soft ground environment (dirt/soil/grass, etc.) This product once printed, may show a linear effect due to its’ corrugated flute structure. Ink is UV Cured (dried).

Purpose: Typically used for Yard or Parking signs (e.g. Real Estate, Election, Reserved, etc.). 10mm means this sign is 6mm thicker than our standard 4mm Coroplast Sign, resulting in a durability that makes this product ideal for use in areas that are prone to harsh weather conditions. At regular temperatures, oils, solvents and water have no effect on Coroplast which also lends nicely to the endurance of the sign.
Please be aware that the corrugated flute structure results in a very subtle linear effect (faint lines) on the product’s surface.

Heavy-duty large steel H-stakes available as an option on this product. They are black in color, measure 8-1/2″ wide by 36″ tall, and are constructed of sturdy 5/16″ steel.” If using H-Stakes, make sure to place your Coroplast order with vertical flutes. H-stakes are best used on soft ground such as dirt, soil, grass, etc.
Purpose: Best for 1 time use – it’s a delicate material – but if taken care of – can last longer, but does tend to wilt / bend Multi-Use material – depending on it’s need or use – typical for placing on easels for presentations, etc. Not waterproof.

Our 8mil Wall Graphic is made of a low-tack adhesive vinyl. Unlike a regular sticker – it will not leave any adhesive residue behind when removed. Wall Graphics are perfectly suited for smooth, non-textured surfaces such as walls, desks and glass. This material can be removed and re-applied many times. Your Wall Graphics will have one printed surface with a paper backing. For this product you will be able to create custom cut-out shapes.
