No, we do not require any contracts or long term commitments.

What type of return can I expect from direct mail?

There are too many variables involved to tell you exactly what response rate you will receive. Your industry, goals, message and offer, quantity mailed, and the frequency of the campaign all have an effect on the response rate and your ROI. How can I get started?

The best way to get started is to call us at 407-641-0806. Our first step is to determine the product and/or program you are interested in. We will talk to you about your business, goals, and what you would like to accomplish. We will then determine a quantity of pieces for printing, mailing, or both. After we receive payment, we will schedule a time to discuss design objectives or you can send us an already completed design.

Do you have someone that can come see me?

Yes! We would be more than happy to have an account specialist come meet you, discuss your project and help you get started. That’s the beauty of local business.

I’m not sure if I need that many cards?

It takes several mailings to the same people to get their attention. We want our customers to get the best possible results with their direct mail, and if we sold you 1,000 or 2,000, we know this small amount would NOT change your bottom line. Repetition is still the key to success, and we want you to succeed!

Is the design included?

Direct Mail – Custom design is included in our EDDM direct mail program with orders over 1,000 pcs.

Printing – We offer a free design consultation. Have a design but don’t know if it will work? Our marketing and design experts will review it and make recommendations.

Do you have a template that I can use for the layout of my postcard, business card, door hanger, calendar, etc.?

Yes. We have layout templates for you to follow for all of our products. We provide you with a .pdf or InDesign file for you to use or reference.

How does the art process work?

Once you are ready to begin, you will be assigned an account specialist. They will get all of your information, logos, photos, content, etc. Once your first proof is ready, we will send it to you for review. If you are happy with the first proof, we print it. If you want to make any changes, we will go back to the artist, make those changes and get you a second proof. We simply continue with this process until it is the piece that you are ultimately happy with. There is no cost for revisions.

What are the specifications for submitting art?

All files should be sent in CMYK color mode. Images at least 300 ppi. No critical information should be included within 1/8″ (.125) from any edge. Include a 1/8″ (.125) bleed around all edges. How do I know exactly where my pieces are sent?

We send you a Mapped Routes & Demographics Report along with the in-home arrival dates of your order for every campaign.

How long does it take for the mailings to be delivered to mailboxes?

The exact in-home delivery dates are determined based on the date that you approve the artwork. Once your artwork is approved, we will then produce your pieces immediately. At that point we send you more accurate in-home arrival dates based on your project and needs.

How long does it take to get me printed material?

Once your artwork is approved, we start production immediately. It typically takes 1-4 business days for print only and 10-12 business days for full direct mail campaign turnaround. We send you shipping notifications for every order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in all of our pricing. We are the flat-rate guaranteed direct mail and printing company. We do not charge our customers additional shipping costs.

How can I pay for my order?

Online! We make it simple for you to process payments at your convenience. Checks accepted for corporate accounts.

Why do you require payment in advance?

This is one of the ways we keep our prices so competitive – we have no back-end accounting. This is standard in the direct mail industry. If we gave terms there would be a percentage of folks that just don’t pay their bill. Everyone pays in advance – even companies that print 100,000 or more at a time.

GENERAL PRINTING FAQs

We recommend saving as a .PDF. You may also send the file in the following types: jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, eps, and png.

We prefer that you send .PDF with embedded or outlined fonts. .PDF’s are easier to handle and will likely speed up your turn-around. Remember to add crop marks and flatten your files before uploading.

If you send us an RGB file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job.

You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode.

Low resolution files may be printed as is or will be placed on hold until we receive new files, slowing your turn-around.

We only accept 300 dpi files and no less.

We offer 1/4″ and 1/8″ radius round corners to all of our customers. The image below shows the two different radiuses for comparison.

Bundling offers the convenience of sorting print orders into predetermined quantities for ease of use by you, your customers or for EDDM purposes. Orders will be bundled in quantities of either 50 or 100 pieces and they will be banded in accordance with USPS EDDM banding requirements.

  • Please add 1 to 2 days to your turnaround time for this service.
  • The type of band we use may vary per facility subject to availability (Paper band shown below).

Perfect Binding gives your booklets a more finished, refined look. With this binding method, the pages and cover are glued together at the spine with a strong, yet flexible, thermal glue.

Perfect for outdoor use, our Send it! Bumper Stickers are printed on 4mil premium white flexible vinyl film and coated with acrylic adhesive that’s laminated to a 90# layflat liner. The film is designed to accept a variety of solvent based and curable inks. The liner offers excellent product layflat, adhering easily to most bumpers and enabling them to withstand a variety of environmental conditions. So go ahead and hit the streets with your brand, full speed ahead!

Yes, Send it! Bumper Stickers are intended for use on car bumpers and are resistant to even the harshest weather conditions. Outdoor application will not result in product damage.

Send it! Bumper Stickers use a strong permanent adhesive. We do not recommend removing them once they’ve been applied.

Our 14pt Metallic Pearl paper is a unique stock that shimmers in light when viewed from different angles. The stock itself is embedded with Pearl fibers that give the paper an overall smooth, metallic look. Printing on this stock will give your CMYK colors a subtle shimmer, however heavy ink densities or coverage may diminish the effect.

Our 14pt Natural Cards are a light cream, natural white color with a smooth finish. The stock has a minimum of 30% post-consumer waste content.

Luster cards are printed on 16pt card stock and have a 3mil gloss lamination making them 22pt thick.

Luster Cards are water resistant, but not waterproof. This means the cards stand up well when they come in contact with a small amount of water, but cannot be submerged in water without water seeping into the card and causing damage. Please test your specific application to ensure the cards are appropriate for that use.

Digital Letterheads can be imprinted on using some inkjet printers, however we strongly suggest that you test your specific application and printer. When excessive pressure is applied with a rigid object, imprinted areas may scratch or flake off. For best results, low ink coverage is recommended. Digital Letterheads are not recommended for laser imprinting applications.

Yes, Offset Letterheads can be imprinted on with inkjet and laser printers.

GRAND FORMAT FAQs

Backlit Posters are a 9mil semi-rigid material with a glossy topcoat. They allow customers to create messaging that lights up and stands out with vivid backlit graphics and superior light diffusion. Great for light box applications, this product is commonly used for Exhibition Panels, POP Displays, Movie Theater Posters, Bus Stop / Transportation Signage and more. Backlit Posters can be used outdoors as long as they are placed inside a lightbox that provides UV protectant sheets such as styrene or acrylic.

Bleed: ensure that you have 0.25″ on all sides of your artwork for a 0.5″ total.

Purpose: This material is a light weight mesh, and allows 37% air-flow, making it ideal for windy, outdoor environments. This material is delivered without a backer, and is ready to install.

Depending on size and other production variables your banner may be produced in multiple pieces that are seamed together. This production variable is to our discretion.

Bleed: no bleed, no crops – make your artwork exactly the size you are ordering. We suggest you keep any important text / artwork 2 inches inward from the edge of your artwork as to avoid any elements being cut off / hemmed over.

Aluminum Retractable Banner Stands are available with our 10mil Premium Vinyl Indoor Banners. Great for POP displays that quickly and conveniently showcase your products and services. The retractable banner stands are conveniently packed in a small pouch and sets up in a few easy steps. The banner size is 33″ x 80″. We require a bleed for this banner stand product – 33″ x 80″ should be 34″ x 81″ – this product does not require grommets. We suggest that you use our template available in our Grand4mat templates section, to ensure you are within the safe zone.

Deluxe Banner Stands are a more stylish alternative to our normal retractable stands. A bigger, heavier base with chrome accents make it stand out. Available with 10 mil indoor vinyl. Collapsible and portable, each banner stand comes with a convenient carrying case.

X-Style Banner Stands are available with either our 10mil Premium Vinyl Indoor Banner, or our 13oz Scrim Vinyl Outdoor Banner. The banner size is 24″ x 60″. We require a bleed for this banner stand product – 24″ x 60″ should be 25″ x 61″.

Purpose: The 10mil Premium Vinyl Indoor Banners are near photo quality and are ideal for trade shows and POP displays. The 13oz Scrim Vinyl Outdoor Banners are more durable and waterproof and are great for POP displays as well. These stands can be set up in seconds and the banners have grommets in each corner.

Display brand messaging, event backdrops, trade show signage and more in a flash with Telescopic Backdrop Banner Stands! Portable and easy to set up, these durable backdrop stands are ideal for use both indoors and out. Our Blockout Vinyl is perfect for situations where you need the highest quality banner. Its smooth surface provides for high level of print detail so it can be viewed up close. It’s heavier and more durable than our 13oz Outdoor Banner plus it’s low curl so even if it’s stored in a tube, it will stay smooth when rolled out. This material is typically used for banners, flags, signage, trade shows, or other events. Blackout Vinyl is perfect for hanging banners or signs where banner opacity is needed.

Our lightweight Canvas Banners are printed on high quality 17mil canvas using vibrant CMYK colors. Gallery wrap capable, this product is perfect for both mounting and framing, and can be easily rolled into a square tube for safe shipping. Available options include pole pockets, grommets, and sewn hems. Option for white or black thread hemming is available.

Polyester Banners
Our 5oz Economy and 9oz Premium Polyester banners are printed on superior quality dye sublimation equipment for the longest lasting color of any type of printing available for fabric. These banners are ideal for trade shows, soft signage, retail and interior decoration applications. They are lightweight and wrinkle-resistant, and can be folded for shipping. Available options include pole pockets, grommets, and sewn hems. Option for white or black thread hemming is available.

Suggested uses: Wall decor, P.O.P. displays and more.

Flags are printed on lightweight 3oz Polyester, using superior quality sublimation equipment, for the longest lasting color of any type of printing available for fabric. They can be easily seen from a long distance and are a great way to achieve high visibility.

Flags can also be stored and assembled with ease, and come with your choice of either indoor or outdoor installation accessories. For indoor installation choose the X-Stand/Cross base, or choose the Ground-Stake/Spike base for outdoor installation.

Our Floor Graphics are printed on 4mil flexible vinyl and have a removable acrylic adhesive. 6mil of clear overlaminate is added for a total thickness of 10mil. Suitable for short-term interior applications, the base vinyl will adhere well to most surfaces and can be easily removed from them as well.

Tile, laminate or other smooth floor types must be thoroughly cleaned prior to Floor Graphic application. Make sure that painted floors have excellent paint adhesion before application as well. The base vinyl is not recommended for concrete, asphalt, carpet or any exterior application.

The 6mil overlaminate is a clear, polished vinyl film with a slight texture that provides both a protective overlay and slip-resistance. Classified under UL 410 for floor graphics applications, the overlaminate can withstand most common floor cleaning chemicals and methods.

Under normal exposure conditions, our Floor Graphics can be removed within six months of application.

Glossy 30 mil heavy duty magnets with a variety of uses. Best suited for car door signage. It is highly recommended testing a sample of our car door magnet on the specific vehicle you will be using the car door magnets with, as some cars have aluminum doors and magnets will not stick.

These magnets can also serve as temporary signage for construction sites or other quickly changing work environments. Printed with the same UV ink technology as our outdoor banners and coroplast yard signs for long lasting outdoor use. Not intended for small text size or borders.

These stickers can be creatively applied to any smooth, clean surface, and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Our High Tack adhesive vinyl are printed on the front of white 4mil vinyl with permanent adhesive backing, attached to an unscored release liner. They are very durable and are not meant to be removed after application. If removal is attempted, they may peel off unevenly leaving an unwanted result. We do not recommend you adhere this product to any item you will want to remove it from at a later time.

17mil Mounted Canvas
Our Mounted Canvas is printed on high quality 17mil canvas and printed in vibrant CMYK. The canvas print is gallery wrapped on 3/4″ thick frames for all sizes. We will ship no more than one per box to avoid damage during shipping.

Bleed: The bleed requirement is 2 inches per side.

Polyboard Yard Signs are printed in full color on premium 24pt board stock that is polyethylene coated on both sides. Polyboard Yard Signs are printed on 22″ x 28″ sheets that are scored in half to be folded to 22″ X 14″. U-Frame is best used on a soft ground environment (dirt/soil/grass, etc.)

Polyboard Yard Signs are pre-scored and ready to fold around a U-Frame. After folding, they can be stapled on either side with most standard medium to heavy duty staples to secure in place. They can also be glued or taped together.

They are recommended for short-term use. Extreme weather conditions, moisture and/or excessive heat or cold may affect the longevity of the product.

(8mil photo gloss) 59″ x 120″ + 8mil thickness.

Purpose: This material is a Pigment / Dye / QuickDry – Photo Quality Glossy material. Somewhat delicate, not scuff resistant or waterproof.

(12pt C2S Board) 59″ x 120″ + 12pt thickness.

Purpose: This material consists of two 6pt coated sheets laminated together, with a black adhesive middle layer, for a completely opaque product with a final caliper of 12pt.

Bleed: ensure that you have 0.5″ on all sides of your artwork for a 1″ total.

A 6mil white flexible vinyl front with a clear removable acrylic adhesive back. An optional 2mil optically clear laminate is available for protection against UV radiation, moisture, and abrasion. This perforated window film is designed for production of see through graphics for windows. Open area is approximately 30% with a hole size of .060 inches (1.5 mm). Recommended for use on flat vehicle windows or retail store windows. In use this product is applied to the exterior glass surface, which must be clean to assure adequate product bond. Do not use solvent or ammonia-based glass cleaners for cleaning. The user of this product is responsible for complying with any applicable vehicle code regulations.

Bleed: ensure you have 0.5″ on all sides of your artwork for a 1″ total.

4mm thickness.

Purpose: Typically used for Yard or Parking signs (e.g. Real Estate, Election, Reserved For, etc.) Depending on it’s use – material will have to be oriented appropriately to ensure the flutes are vertical, in the case of utilizing an H-stake with the sign. H-stake is best used on a soft ground environment (dirt/soil/grass, etc.) This product once printed, may show a linear effect due to its’ corrugated flute structure. Ink is UV Cured (dried).

Bleed: ensure you have .5″ on all sides of your artwork, do not add crops.

10mm thickness.

Purpose: Typically used for Yard or Parking signs (e.g. Real Estate, Election, Reserved, etc.). 10mm means this sign is 6mm thicker than our standard 4mm Coroplast Sign, resulting in a durability that makes this product ideal for use in areas that are prone to harsh weather conditions. At regular temperatures, oils, solvents and water have no effect on Coroplast which also lends nicely to the endurance of the sign.

Please be aware that the corrugated flute structure results in a very subtle linear effect (faint lines) on the product’s surface.

Bleed: ensure that you have 0.5″ on all sides of your artwork. Do not add crops.

Heavy-duty large steel H-stakes available as an option on this product. They are black in color, measure 8-1/2″ wide by 36″ tall, and are constructed of sturdy 5/16″ steel.” If using H-Stakes, make sure to place your Coroplast order with vertical flutes. H-stakes are best used on soft ground such as dirt, soil, grass, etc.

3/16″ thickness.

Purpose: Best for 1 time use – it’s a delicate material – but if taken care of – can last longer, but does tend to wilt / bend Multi-Use material – depending on it’s need or use – typical for placing on easels for presentations, etc. Not waterproof.

Our PVC Material is a smooth, bright white rigid plastic that is lightweight, yet very durable and weather resistant. They are great for both indoor and outdoor use, and have a low-glare, matte appearance. The print quality is also high so not only can it be used for applications that can be viewed from a distance, it also looks great up close.

Thickness: 3mm (1/8″)

8mil Wall Graphic
Our 8mil Wall Graphic is made of a low-tack adhesive vinyl. Unlike a regular sticker – it will not leave any adhesive residue behind when removed. Wall Graphics are perfectly suited for smooth, non-textured surfaces such as walls, desks and glass. This material can be removed and re-applied many times. Your Wall Graphics will have one printed surface with a paper backing. For this product you will be able to create custom cut-out shapes.

Window Clings are printed at near photo quality on glossy material suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Ideal for POP signage on glass or other very smooth, clean surfaces. Window Clings should be applied on a surface that is as close to room temperature as possible. Excessive heat or cold will not allow the product to cling to the surface. The product is shipped rolled for most sizes unless ordering larger quantities.

White Window Clings are 7mil thick with a paper backer that will be peeled off prior to application. Material will only cling on the back side of the print.
